What they need
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- 3 years audit experience (internal/external)
- Background in real estate or manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of auditing, risk assessment, controls, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct audits to assess controls, processes, and compliance
- Identify risks, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities; recommend solutions
- Prepare and present audit reports; monitor corrective actions
- Review financial and operational records for accuracy and compliance
- Support Audit Manager with annual plan, special audits, and governance initiatives
