Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for planning and executing risk-based audits, identifying and evaluating risks, assessing compliance with policies and regulations, recommending process improvements, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based audit plan
• Conduct audits to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and compliance
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and the Audit Committee
• Monitor and validate the implementation of audit recommendations
• Advise management on governance, risk, and control matters
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Lead, coach, and develop the internal audit team
• Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and audit quality requirements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Auditing, Internal Audit, or Accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial operations, and industry practices
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training team members or stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting systems
• Master's degree in management or professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are advantageous
