Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and perform an annual risk and control assessment to develop an annual audit plan.
• Develop and implement an annual audit plan that includes operational, financial, and technology audits.
• Implement audit programs and testing procedures to ensure appropriateness for the areas in scope and that audit/other projects are executed in accordance with company and professional standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and communicate effectively with senior management to discuss audit observations and recommendations.
• Perform special analyses and reviews upon request, including corporate compliance investigations or other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Board, the Audit Committee, and senior management.
• Coach and develop internal audit team members with solid development plans to deliver quality output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Good command of both oral and written English.
• Flexibility to travel and work in up-country.
• Understanding of Risk Assessment and Internal Controls.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
