Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the risk and develop annual audit plan and work schedule based on risk assessment results and/or other ad-hoc management requests from the CMCC (the Group).
• Plan and conduct financial, operational and compliance audit assignments.
• Conduct internal control testing, document the testing results and identify areas need improvements.
• Conduct policy and procedures review and suggest areas require amendment.
• Liaise with other parties for the efficient completion of audit assignments in accordance with the designated audit plan.
• Identify control weaknesses and formulate recommendations for improvement.
• Review and prepare internal audit reports with detailed findings and practical recommendations to strengthen the overall control of the company and perform follow-up and monitoring works to ensure successful and timely implementation.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, holder in Accountancy, Finance, Auditing, Marketing, DICT or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of internal audit or external audit.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or large enterprise group is preferred​.
• Professional qualification in CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in audit of construction projects is preferred.
• A committed, responsible, self-motivated and independent key team player, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Comply with work assignments as required.
