Internal Audit Manager

• Develop and execute annual internal audit plans.

• Conduct operational, compliance, and special audits.

• Review and strengthen internal controls and business processes.

• Audit inventory management, distributor operations, and product write-off processes.

• Evaluate trade promotion and Deal & Allowance (D&A) program compliance.

• Perform audits of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution activities.

• Monitor and follow up audit findings and corrective actions.

• Prepare audit reports and present recommendations to Management.

• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Audit team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CA, or CFE) are an advantage.

• Minimum 7 years of Internal Audit experience, including at least 3 years in the FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.

• Understanding of FMCG distribution, inventory management, and trade promotion activities.

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehouse management, and food safety standards is preferred.

• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Power BI or SQL skills are a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• High integrity and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Placement in South Jakarta.

• Willing to travel regularly for business trips.
