Internal Audit Manager

Job Summary:

Lead internal audit functions to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and update audit principles, scope, methodologies, and internal audit guidelines.

• Develop annual audit plans based on risk assessment.

• Prepare and present audit and follow-up reports to management and relevant departments.

• Recommend improvements to audit principles, scope, methodologies, and practices.

• Advise business units to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.

• Conduct meetings with auditees and stakeholders to discuss findings and agree on corrective actions.

• Coordinate with business units and relevant parties to ensure audit objectives are met.

• Support management with insights and information related to audit activities.

• Evaluate and summarize annual audit performance and continuously improve audit processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in internal auditing.

• Able to independently handle the entire audit project from start to finish.

• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.

• Solid knowledge of internal audit standards, taxation, and relevant laws/regulations.

• Professional certifications such as CPIAT, CIA, or related are an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
