Internal Audit Manager
📍 Location: Malang, East Java
ABOUT US:
Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold fried chicken brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses.
Our ambition? To become Indonesia’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it global.

ABOUT THE ROLE :
We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and integrity-driven Internal Audit Manager who understands that strong internal controls and effective governance are essential to support Dikichi’s rapid growth.
This role is more than just conducting audits. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing internal audits, reviewing business processes, identifying control gaps, conducting investigations, and ensuring audit recommendations are properly implemented. Your work will help strengthen operational effectiveness, governance, and business integrity across the organization.
You’ll work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to identify risks, investigate issues, and provide reliable insights for better decision-making. If you enjoy analyzing business processes, solving complex problems, and driving meaningful improvements through audit, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Support the Annual Audit Plan – Develop and execute the annual audit plan based on business priorities, risks, and organizational needs.
- Lead Internal Audit Activities – Conduct and oversee regular, operational, and business process audits across departments and business functions.
- Conduct Investigation Audits – Lead investigations into suspected irregularities, fraud, policy violations, and other integrity-related cases.
- Assess Internal Controls – Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential risks, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare Comprehensive Audit Reports – Review audit findings, working papers, and reports to ensure accurate, clear, and actionable audit conclusions.
- Monitor CAPA Implementation – Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations and CAPA to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and on time.
- Provide Reliable Business Insights – Translate audit findings into practical insights and recommendations to support Management decision-making.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational effectiveness, compliance, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments throughout the audit process.
- Support Audit Team Development – Guide and review the work of audit team members to ensure audit activities are conducted effectively and according to established standards.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU :
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Have strong experience in operational audit, business process audit, internal control, and governance.
- Have experience handling investigation or fraud-related cases.
- Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, internal controls, CAPA, and governance.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze complex business processes and identify root causes and control weaknesses.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Fraud-related certification (e.g., CFE) is preferred.
- Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet/multi-site business is an advantage.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Dikichi continues to grow and expand, maintaining strong internal controls and effective governance becomes increasingly important. Every audit helps us identify risks, improve processes, and ensure that our business operates with accountability and integrity.
As an Internal Audit Manager, you’ll play an important role in turning audit findings into meaningful improvements across the organization. Your insights will help Management make informed decisions while strengthening the way Dikichi operates.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact by helping build a stronger, more controlled, and more sustainable business as Dikichi continues to grow.
