What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 - 4 years of relevant Internal Audit experience.
- Strong exposure to SAP ERP, business process audits, and ITGC audits.
- Hands-on experience with audit analytics, Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM), AI-enabled audit tools, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
- Experience with audit automation, process mining, or GRC platforms is desirable.
- Exposure to the manufacturing/electronics industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
