𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead and oversee our company’s internal audit functions. The role involves developing and implementing audit strategies, evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial and operational auditing.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Develop and implement annual audit plans based on risk assessments.

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

• Ensure audit activities are conducted in accordance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.

• Identify key risks and control weaknesses in business processes.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Prepare audit reports for senior management.

• Lead and mentor the internal audit team to enhance their skills and efficiency.

• Provide training and guidance on audit methodologies and best practices.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Any related field of study

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
