Internal Audit Manager

Job Specifications:

Operations Audit

• Plan, manage, and conduct operations audit particularly at project sites to provide an independent assessment of the performance and processes executed at the project sites.
• Assign field auditors at each project site to conduct the audit program planned for the company’s operations.
• Prepare internal audit report summarizing the observations and findings and providing favorable corrective actions to address the issues noted.

Financial Audit

• Conduct financial audit transactions and ensure validity of each transaction, especially on all company’s disbursements.
• Conduct financial audit to financial account balances and ensure its accuracy, completeness and validity.
• Review and approve suspensions noted on the conduct of financial audits, and its corresponding relevant attached documents.

ISO Audit

• Effective implementation of the annual audit schedule and audit plans, as approved by the management representative.
• Ensure implementation of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems to ensure ISO certification, by conducting ISO internal audits in periodic intervals to all relevant processes.
• Timely reporting of internal audit report and provide favorable corrective actions to address non-conformances.

Special Audit

• Conduct special audits designed to address specific needs or issues that needs immediate action.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Internal audits, supervisory level: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Required)
