Internal Audit Manager - Manufacturing

Requirements:

• Supports ongoing risk assessments and the development of the annual internal audit plan.
• Defines audit objectives, scope, and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis of the audited area; develops audit procedures and analytics to meet defined objectives.
• Manages, supervises, and executes all phases of engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and communication of findings. Willingness and ability to perform fieldwork are required.
• Provides regular updates to the regional lead to ensure clear communication on audit plan progress, issues, and challenges.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with management and stakeholders.
• Supports staff development through training, on-the-job coaching, and feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive audit experience with a sizable global corporation / MNC.
• Experience in same position.
• Operational audit and investigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and AI/data analytic tools.
• Fluent in English.
