Internal Audit (Managerial Level)

The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the organization’s risk management, internal controls, and compliance, mitigating operational and financial risks, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and providing actionable recommendations to safeguard assets and strengthen performance.

1. Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment and business priorities.
2. Independently conduct operational, financial, compliance, and special audits across business units and branches.
3. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Prepare audit reports including findings, root cause analysis, risk impact, and actionable recommendations.
5. Present audit findings, audit status updates, and recommendations directly to the Executive Vice President and management team.
6. Monitor and validate implementation of agreed corrective and preventive actions.
7. Lead investigations on suspected fraud, policy violations, asset losses, and other special audit assignments as required.
