Internal Audit Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, including those related to distribution, storage, and inventory management.
• Identify, analyze and document aspects of the organizations system and processes that not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organizations policies and operating procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the follow-up of audit findings.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge about SOP/Business Process, Risk Management, Stock Opname and Fraud Analysis is a must.
• Possess Good personality and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Ability to develop documents, including SOPs and audit reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel.
