Internal Audit Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Act as the company’s primary contact person for the outsourced internal audit firm, including audit planning, scheduling of audit visits, and coordination of on-site and remote audit activities.
• Maintain a centralised tracker covering all audit requests, information submissions, open items, responsible owners, and closure deadlines, ensuring full visibility of progress across all teams and timely escalation of delays.
• Work closely with IT, Sales, Purchase, HR, Accounting, Operation and other related departments to prepare and provide documents, data, and explanations required by the outsourced internal auditor before and during audit fieldwork, ensuring the audit is conducted efficiently and on schedule.
• Work jointly with the outsourced internal auditor, internal control advisors, and auditees to analyze audit findings and identify appropriate corrective actions for control gaps and weaknesses.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans to ensure alignment with recommendations from the outsourced internal auditor and external auditors.
• Support the enhancement of the company’s internal control framework to comply with SEC and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requirements, with a focus on IPO readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Highly organized individual with the discipline to manage trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple departments without being chased
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably involving listed companies or IPO-preparation projects.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO), internal audit processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies (SET/SEC rules).
• Hands-on experience in developing or reviewing policies and standard operating procedures (Policies & SOPs).
• Experience supporting Pre-IPO preparation or strengthening organizational internal control systems.
