Internal Audit Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing internal audit assignments.
• Conduct audit fieldwork to evaluate internal controls, operational processes, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare audit programs, working papers, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Present audit results and support discussions with audited departments.
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans.
• Ensure audit activities comply with professional standards and company requirements.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry practices, and emerging risks.
• Support corporate governance, business ethics, and anti-corruption initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in Internal Audit or a related role.
3. Good understanding of internal control, risk management, and audit processes.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Good command of English.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
