BNC is mandated to recruit for one of our esteemed clients in the Service Industry for an Internal Audit role.

Position: Internal Audit Professional

Key Requirements

• Qualification: CA
• Experience: 1–2 years in Internal Audit
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit concepts and processes
• Exposure to Risk Assessment, Process Review, IFC & Control Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to independently manage audit assignments
• Candidates from Service Industry, Manufacturing Industry, or Big 4 firms preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based internal audits across various business processes
• Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessment and control testing
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and IFC
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and areas of improvement
• Prepare audit observations, working papers and audit reports
• Discuss audit findings with process owners and support remediation/action plans
• Independently manage assigned audit engagements and ensure timely completion
• Interact with clients/business teams during audit assignments
