Internal Audit Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine & scheduled audits, risk assessment, process advisory & ad hoc assignments.
2. Lead audit team in performing audits including audit planning, fieldwork execution, coaching subordinates, report drafting as well as finding presentation.
3. Business partnering stakeholders in providing professional process and controls advisory services for continuous improvements, including coordinating cross-departmental meetings for alignment as well as drafting process flow & the related business rules.
4. To monitor and perform follow up review on the implementation status.
5. To review compliance to statutory requirements, Group policies and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

1. Min 4 years of working experience in internal/external audit, comprising at least 1 year solid experience of leading team/ project.
2. Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance. Professional qualification or equivalent (i.e. CIA/ ACCA) will be an added advantage.
3. Exposure to auditing in retail industry will be an added advantage.
4. Possess good interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills.
5. Strong critical thinking and data analytical skill.
6. Independent and experienced in dealing with various Stakeholders.
7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
