Internal Audit (Senior / Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support risk assessment, maintain the risk register, and track mitigation plans, including analyzing risks to define audit scope and objectives.
• Prepare high-quality working papers that are clear, well-documented, and in compliance with professional and internal audit standards.
• Prepare, review, and present audit reports and follow-up results to senior management and the Audit Committee in a clear and timely manner.
• Monitor and control audit engagements to ensure they are performed in accordance with the approved audit plan and timelines.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of team members, ensuring audit procedures and documentation are properly executed.
• Participate in preparing and reviewing audit findings, summaries, and follow-up reports for submission to management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of each audit engagement, and provide practical recommendations to improve audit processes and internal controls.
• Review all relevant matters and audit deliverables before submission to management and reporting to the Audit Committee.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit methodologies, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.
