Internal Audit Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits covering operational, financial, and compliance areas.
• Review and assess internal controls, processes, and procedures.
• Perform audit testing, documentation, and preparation of working papers.
• Identify audit findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and monitoring corrective actions.
• Verify the accuracy of financial records, inventory, and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather audit-related information.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in internal audit, external audit, or accounting.
• Working knowledge of audit procedures, internal control systems, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
