Internal Audit Staff

About the role

This role involves planning and executing audit assignments based on the risks and characteristics of processes under review, examining and analyzing processes, transactions, data, and controls in accordance with defined audit scope.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and execute audit assignments based on the risks and characteristics of the processes under review
• Examine and analyze processes, transactions, data, and controls in accordance with the defined audit scope
• Identify process and control weaknesses, evaluate related risks, and determine the root causes
• Prepare audit findings and recommendations that provide value-added improvements to business processes and internal controls
• Support the communication of audit findings and the completion of audit assignments with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and verify the implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions
• Support special/ad hoc audits and conduct preliminary analysis of potential fraud or irregularities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, and/or Compliance
• Certification in ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3, and/or QIA is an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of Operational Audit and Internal Control Assessment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare Audit and Investigation Reports
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
