Internal audit supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Supervisor to oversee audit activities, evaluate internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits and operational reviews
• Evaluate internal controls, processes, and risk areas
• Identify audit findings and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise and guide audit staff
• Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or related field
• At least 3 years of internal audit experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit procedures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
