Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate business processes, internal controls, and compliance
• Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies, and provide improvement recommendations
• Prepare audit working papers, findings, and audit reports
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective action implementation
• Perform data analysis and support special audits or investigations when required
• Collaborate with various departments and business units to ensure effective audit execution

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Risk Management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good understanding of internal audit processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, experience in handling SAP is highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel to branches or operational sites when required
