Job Summary

TRC Corporate Consulting is hiring a CA Qualified Internal Auditor for a client-based project in Noida.

We are looking for professionals with strong core Internal Audit experience, particularly in Process Review, Process Audit, Process Reengineering, and Internal Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and process reviews across business functions.
• Perform process audits and identify control gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies.
• Review internal controls, SOPs, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reengineering.
• Perform risk assessment and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Prepare audit observations, working papers, and audit reports.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen processes and controls.
• Coordinate with process owners and follow up on audit observation closures.

Candidate Requirements

• CA Qualified – Mandatory
• 2+ Years Post-Qualification Experience
• 2+ Years of relevant Internal Audit experience
• Strong experience in Process Audit / Process Review / Process Reengineering
• Good understanding of Internal Controls and Risk Assessment
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Only Immediate Joiners will be considered
