Internal Auditor

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad-hoc audits across factory and corporate functions.
• Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs, approval authorities, and regulations.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks, process gaps, weaknesses, and non-compliance.
• Audit production, warehouse, inventory, procurement, vendor, and financial transactions.
• Verify inventory, production quantities, material consumption, wastage, yield, variances, and ERP/SAP records.
• Review purchasing, vendor management, approvals, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies, unusual transactions, and potential irregularities.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and transaction testing.
• Document audit evidence, working papers, findings, and recommendations.
• Support risk assessments and escalate significant operational, financial, compliance, and fraud risks to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal/external audit, financial controls, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong exposure to factory, inventory, and operational audits is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP, MS Excel, and audit documentation.
• CIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• UAE driving license is a must

Pay: From AED7.00 per month
