Internal Auditor

Cash & Revenue Audit

• Audit daily cash collections, sales, card payments, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile POS/system records with actual collections and identify discrepancies.
• Identify cash shortages, unrecorded sales, and revenue leakage.

Discounts & Refunds

• Review discounts, refunds, cancellations, voids, and complimentary services.
• Identify unauthorized or unusual transactions and potential manipulation.

Surprise & Branch Audits

• Conduct regular and surprise audits across branches.
• Perform cash counts and verify compliance with financial and operational controls.
• Review branch transactions, receipts, and collection records.

Fraud & Theft Detection

• Identify potential theft, fraud, manipulation, and financial irregularities.
• Investigate suspicious transaction patterns and escalate findings with supporting evidence.

System & POS Audit

• Review Zenoti or similar POS/ERP system transactions and reports.
• Analyze user activity, sales, discounts, refunds, and adjustments to identify anomalies.

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare audit reports highlighting discrepancies, risks, and control weaknesses.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up on outstanding audit findings.
• Support management in strengthening internal controls and reducing financial losses.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance Audit, Retail Audit, or Revenue Audit.
• Strong experience in cash collection, revenue reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems; Zenoti or similar salon software preferred.
• Experience auditing discounts, refunds, cancellations, voids, and sales transactions.
• Proven ability to identify fraud, theft, revenue leakage, discrepancies, and financial manipulation.
• Experience conducting branch, cash, and surprise audits.
• Strong analytical, investigative, reconciliation, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in salon, beauty, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
