My client, US Electronics manufacturer is urgently looking for the following post:

Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Mainly assist the Internal Audit Manager in the management of the Company’s internal and external audit activities for Asia
• Perform walkthroughs of the business processes and assess key internal controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Perform walkthroughs and assess key internal control for Corporate functions such as the 10Q, 10K, Treasury and US tax compliance
• Ability to professionally write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Serves as an internal consultant to various local Finance teams to evaluate processes and procedures.
• Some travel required within Asia.
• Performs other duties as necessary in support of projects and departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 4 years related experience in internal controls testing
• Some exp in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Some exp in public accounting preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of auditing, US GAAP and current SEC requirements.
• Strong overall interpersonal communication skills.
• Prefer CPA certification
