Internal Auditor

Seattle International Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal audit assignments, reviewing financial and operational controls, identifying risks and control gaps, preparing audit reports, and following up on corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across financial and operational functions.
• Review financial and operational controls to assess effectiveness and compliance.
• Identify risks, control gaps, process weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct financial and operational audits and document audit findings.
• Prepare clear and accurate internal audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor implementation of agreed recommendations.
• Support risk assessment and internal control improvement initiatives.
• Review processes and documentation for compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years of internal audit experience in the service industry.
• Experience in financial and operational audits.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Good knowledge of UAE accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• UAE experience preferred.
• CIA, ACCA, CA, or CPA is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
