INTERNAL AUDITOR

About the role

Nephro Specialist Inc. is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of company financial and operational transactions
• Review and verify financial records, documents, receipts, and supporting reports
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions
• Conduct surprise audits and branch audits when necessary
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments during audits
• Provide recommendations to management and the Board of Directors to improve controls and accountability
• Perform other audit-related duties as assigned

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) or related Accounting course
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is required
• Experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Finance is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Able to identify financial discrepancies, control weaknesses, and operational risks
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Willing to conduct audits across different company branches
• Can work independently and maintain confidentiality
