Join our growing dialysis team and play a vital role in ensuring our facility remains financial, operational and compliance processes to ensure they are accurate efficient and aligned with company policies applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in BIR compliance, taxation, or accounting is preferred.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls.
• Review transactions, documents, and procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify control weaknesses, financial risks, errors, and potential fraud.
• Assess compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit findings and clear, evidence-based audit reports.
• Recommend corrective actions and improvements to internal controls and business processes.
• Follow up with departments to ensure agreed audit recommendations are implemented.
• Perform risk assessments and assist in developing annual audit plans.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.
• Communicate audit findings with management and relevant departments.
• Support external auditors and regulatory reviews when required.
• Maintain confidentiality, independence, and professional ethics.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in a healthcare or dialysis facility is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
