Job Role

To independently lead and manage internal audit functions by strengthening internal controls, SOPs, process governance, compliance assurance, and data integrity, while providing actionable insights to management for risk mitigation and operational improvement.

Job Description

Internal Audit & Assurance

· Conducting internal audits across functions and locations

· Review of procurement to payment (P2P) processes

· Authorization audits to ensure adherence to delegation of authority

· Verification of data integrity and system controls

· Audit of reasonability of profits and margins

Compliance, Subsidy & DBT Audits

· Conducting statutory and internal compliance audits

· Subsidy audit including verification of claims and documentation

· DBT verification and validation of subsidy-linked transactions

· Ensuring regulatory adherence specific to fertilizer / chemical industry

SOP & Process Control

· Development, review and implementation of SOPs

· Strengthening process controls and risk mitigation measures

· Identifying gaps and recommending system-driven improvements

· Follow-up and closure of audit observations

Systems, Data & MIS

· Use of SAP B1 HANA for audit trails, controls and verification

· Audit analytics and reporting using Advanced Excel

· Preparation of audit summaries and presentations using PPT

Leadership & Coordination

· Providing leadership to internal audit activities

· Coordination with all departments for audit planning and execution

· Facilitating management discussions on audit findings

· Supporting management in governance and control initiatives

Educational Qualification:

· CA / Inter CA

Industry Experience:

· Minimum 6–10 years of relevant.

· Manufacturing industry mandatory

· Preference for Fertilizer / Chemical / Process Industry experience

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
