- Conduct fixed asset audits and physical asset verification, including equipment, furniture, vehicles, tools, machinery, IT assets, and other Group-owned assets.
- Reconcile physical assets against fixed asset registers and supporting records.
- Identify missing, damaged, obsolete, idle, or improperly recorded assets and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Conduct stock, cash, revenue, payroll, inventory, and asset audits as required.
- Identify irregularities, process weaknesses, potential fraud risks, and areas of financial or operational exposure.
- Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings, risk implications, recommendations, and agreed corrective actions.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT, and other departments.
- Support special investigations, management reviews, fraud-risk assessments, and ad-hoc audit assignments.
- Maintain accurate audit working papers, evidence, asset verification records, and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of internal audit experience, preferably within a diversified Group or holding company.
- Experience auditing hospitality, construction, real estate, retail, malls, or other asset-intensive businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, financial processes, fixed asset management, inventory controls, and audit methodologies.
- Strong analytical, investigative, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and objectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate will have multi-industry internal audit experience, with strong exposure to fixed assets, physical verification, inventory, financial controls, and operational audits.
