Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or a related field
• With experience in auditing is an advantage; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting principles, internal controls, and audit procedures
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and audit report preparation
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, sales transactions, and store operations
• Ability to reconcile and validate sales, cash, inventory, and other operational records
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Able to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and determine possible causes
• Capable of preparing accurate, complete, and timely audit reports and supporting documentation
• Able to recommend appropriate corrective actions and process improvements based on audit findings
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with different departments, branches, and store personnel
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates high integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability when handling audit information
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, branch visits, and operational audits as required
• Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, South Caloocan
• Can start ASAP

Job Description

• Conduct internal audits and operational reviews of company branches, stores, and departments
• Review and validate sales, cash, inventory, POS transactions, and supporting documents
• Perform reconciliation and verification of operational and financial records
• Examine compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control standards
• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, variances, and control weaknesses
• Investigate audit findings and determine the root causes of identified issues
• Conduct field audits and branch visits to verify actual operations and records
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, findings, and supporting documentation
• Provide practical recommendations and corrective actions to address audit findings
• Coordinate with store personnel, branch teams, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other departments
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and audit recommendations
• Assist in reviewing inventory movement, stock records, and operational transactions
• Maintain proper confidentiality and security of audit records and information
• Perform other audit, compliance, and field-related duties assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
