4. Conducted internal audits to assess compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
5. Evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls and identified gaps, risks, and control deficiencies.
6. Performed process walkthroughs, control testing, and evidence reviews across multiple business functions.
7. Ensured adherence to regulatory, client, and contractual requirements through periodic audit reviews. Documented audit observations, root causes, risk impacts, and corrective action plans.
8. Prepared audit reports and presented findings to senior management and stakeholders. Analyzed performance metrics, quality scores, and operational data to identify trends and process gaps.
9. Utilized dashboards and management reports to monitor compliance and operational performance.
10. Must be from CA (Chartered Accountant background)
11. Work from office only
12. Immediate joiners preferable
13. Shift 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM (US Shifts)
14. CTC up to 10 LPA including all variables (30% on current CTC only)
