• To control on damage stock and maximum recovery on damage stock
• Helping to Warehouse operation (PO,GRN,RTV,Dispatch,FIFO) . To ensure all Inventory related Process / SOP at stores should be as per the Internal Audit Parameter

1. To reconcile the stock at warehouse.

2. To perform audit and ensure the correctness of material accounting.

3. To conduct frequent perpetual and system audit.

4. Inspections of documents.

5. Checking daily transaction s Reports.

6. Making MIS Reports.

7. Monitoring all Inwards and follow-up updating in IT.

8. Monitoring consignments Pending.

9. Auditing concept registers and security registers.

10. Analyzing stock take variance

11. checking of billed items pending delivery

12. coordinate with concept during off sale.

13. Surprise checking of cash counters, Alterations counter, Exchange counters.

14. Conducting Stock take every month all shops and warehouse which is located in Mumbai & All over

15. Generating Shrinkage report (consumption) and share to Management for P&L.

16. Excess stocks, non moving stocks and expire stocks sent to warehouse on Top Priority which was found during stock take.

17. Preparing audit score and share to management.

18. Analyze stock take report and share summary to management.

19. Helping to Warehouse operation (PO,GRN,RTV,Dispatch, FIFO)

20. To ensure all Inventory related Process/SOP at stores should be as per the Internal Audit Parameter.

21. To ensure control Inward & Outward discrepancy @ store.

22. Monitoring POG as per POG guidelines and cross verify the same on floor with POG books and upload on wooqer a frame time

23. Monitoring to MBQ of all brands of SOH is exceeding against MBQ the push the planner for consolidation of stock to other store or MRDC.

24. Monitoring all offers signages in store which is updated in system.

25. To Ensure inward and outword100% verification at store.

26. To ensure smooth and Timely completion of Stock audit H1&H2, PI as per th SOP

27. To ensure timely and smooth completion of Half Yearly stock Audit at store,RDC & Franchisee location.

28. To ensure that PI is conducted at stores as per PI schedule(fortnight basis), final variance is freeze and approved by store manager.

29. Ensure Control on DSD process.

30. To ensure GRN for all DSD has to be done with in 48 hrs.

31. To Discrepancy note is prepared for damage/excess/shortage stock, and the same is informed to supplier within 1 day of receipt and record maintained.

32. To control on damage stock and maximum recovery on damage stock. On a quarterly basis.

33. Reports on major reason for exchange.

34. To Publish Monthly Inventory MIS within the target dates.

35. Control to pending RTV documents, RTV docket to be sent to RO/HO on fortnight basis with all related document attached.

36. To check and verify all the areas like exchanges,reversal,price override,back store,Trial room etc.

37. Ensure all CCTV cameras at store in working conditions.

38. To Check SOP adherence, All relevant registers maintenance which is related to inventory(Stores/RDC)

39. Security /staff training on inward and outward process. Security Training on Trial room merchandise/token management and Control on shrinkage(internal & external)

40. To check and verify all the areas like Exchanges,Reversal,Price override,back store. Trial room etc.

41. FW & Acc back store has to be checked on daily basis.

42. To ensure all Theft case at store location recovery and regularise the stock at location must be routed through Regional Inventory/ store Inventory.

43. To ensure safety standards is maintain at stores.
