Team Ridemax Philippines, established in March 2011, is a fast-growing importer and distributor of car and off-road accessories, as well as tires, across the Philippines. The company represents well-known international brands such as Michelin, BF Goodrich, Arivo, Ridemax, Profender, and Hamer, and now imports over 30 brands to supply hundreds of dealers nationwide. Team Ridemax is expanding into motorcycle accessories, reflecting its commitment to growth and market diversification in the automotive aftermarket.

Role Overview

This position reviews operational and inventory data, assesses compliance with established procedures and internal controls, identifies discrepancies and control weaknesses, and prepares evidence-based audit findings. It also supports audit activities by providing technical guidance to audit associates and conducting field investigations, operational testing, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in auditing, business assurance, inventory control, or operational assessment.
• Knowledgeable in audit procedures, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Proficient in analyzing operational data, inventory records, and supporting documents.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report-writing and documentation skills, with the ability to present evidence-based findings.
• Detail-oriented, objective, and capable of identifying discrepancies and process improvement opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis tools.
• Willing to conduct field audits and site inspections, particularly in warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Plus point if holder of a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a 2- to 4-wheel vehicle
