WE'RE HIRING: INTERNAL AUDITOR
Location: Project 8, Bahay Toro

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting systems and ERP software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Strong report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
• Willing to conduct branch visits and travel when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential risks.
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Investigate irregularities, policy violations, and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
