Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Monday – Friday

About the Role:

ICON Global (Private) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor with strong auditing and documentation skills. The ideal candidate should have practical audit experience and the ability to verify financial transactions, shipping and freight documents, bills, and supporting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify credit card transactions and supporting documentation.
• Check shipping and freight-related transactions, invoices, and relevant documents.
• Verify bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure transactions have the required approvals and relevant documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing documentation.
• Review financial and operational records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documents.
• Report audit findings and recommend improvements to internal controls and processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of articleship experience in an audit firm.
• Strong practical knowledge and understanding of auditing and internal controls.
• CA or ACCA qualified candidates preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial documentation, invoices, bills, and supporting records.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who is hands-on with auditing and comfortable reviewing transactions and documentation rather than someone with only theoretical accounting knowledge. The candidate should be able to independently verify records, identify discrepancies, and ensure that transactions are properly supported by relevant documentation.
