Internal Auditor Manager

Scope Of Work

We are seeking an experienced Head of Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function and provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of the company's governance, risk management, and internal control processes. The role reports to the Board of Directors and/or Audit Committee and works closely with senior management to strengthen compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or internal controls, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, independence, and professional judgment.
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
