Internal Auditor Manager

1. Conduct evaluations and reviews of operational processes across all divisions to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Identify audit findings, gaps, potential risks, and areas for improvement based on operational evaluations and audit results.
3. Provide advice, insights, and improvement recommendations to management to enhance business process effectiveness, internal controls, and overall company performance.
4. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit and evaluation recommendations together with relevant divisions.
5. Ensure that corrective actions for audit findings and recommendations are implemented according to the agreed timeline and evaluate the effectiveness of the improvements.
6. Prepare comprehensive evaluation and audit reports to support management in decision-making.
7. Coordinate with all divisions and management in conducting evaluations, discussing findings, and developing and implementing improvement recommendations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, with proven experience auditing coal or nickel mining companies.
3. Previous experience in a Manager-level or equivalent position, with the ability to lead audit and cross-functional evaluation processes.
4. Strong financial and business analysis skills to evaluate company performance and business processes.
5. Strong knowledge of risk management and internal controls, including risk identification and control effectiveness evaluation.
6. Good understanding of compliance and regulations, particularly company policies and regulations applicable to mining operations.
7. Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills to support evaluations, identify findings, and develop recommendations.
8. Previous experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is required, with Big 4 experience being a strong advantage.
