- Factory & Operational Audits: Evaluate plant floor efficiency, material scrap rates, warehouse logistics, and inventory accuracy (raw films, resins, and finished goods).
- Risk & Control Assessments: Review and test internal controls over procurement, bill of materials (BOM) accuracy, and production variances.
- Objective Financial Oversight: Independently review corporate records, payroll controls, and cash management systems to secure company assets.
- Compliance Checks: Audit adherence to industrial safety standards (OSHA) and manufacturing quality systems (ISO 9001 / 14001).
- Strategic Reporting: Formally present your findings, risk analyses, and actionable cost-saving recommendations directly to the CEO and the Audit Committee.
