Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Insurance, Actuary or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in internal or external audit, internal control, finance, or technical and actuarial functions, preferably within the insurance or pension sector
• Experience in insurance companies with diverse and complex operations
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make reliable, independent, and objective judgments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different business functions

Job Description

• Executes audits in accordance with the approved audit plan
• Completes audit working papers and ensures that the work performed complies with internal methodologies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Contributes to the preparation of audit reports by developing clear, well-supported, and high-quality audit findings and recommendations based on fieldwork results
• Prepares various reports in line with the requirements of the Corporate Audit Services Department
• Coordinates and participates in the execution and completion of audits included in the Internal Audit Plan
• Conducts fraud investigations, special audits, and ad hoc reviews, where required
• Follows up on the implementation of audit recommendations and related action plans
• Participates in the preparation of the Internal Audit Plan
• Coordinates with relevant business units and monitors audit milestones to ensure the timely completion of assigned audits
• Communicates audit results and identified issues effectively to relevant stakeholders and local management
• Completes additional objectives and assignments defined outside the annual audit plan, as required
