- At least 2nd Mate with ECDIS proficiency
- With at least 5 years shipboard experience
- Knowledgeable in Class and Port State Control (PSC) inspections
- Familiar with Safety Management System (SMS) operations and implementations
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Willing to travel internationally and board managed vessels frequently
- Loyal, passionate, and motivated to excel in a shore-based career
- BULK CARRIER experience
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
