Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist (Project-Based)

About the role:

To develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that support project objectives, drive stakeholder awareness, encourage adoption of project initiatives, and ensure effective communication across all impacted business units throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement project communication plans aligned with project goals and timelines.

• Identify key stakeholders and tailor communication approaches for different audiences.

• Create communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of project updates.

• Develop engaging communication materials.

• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

• Coordinate engagement activities to increase awareness and participation in project initiatives.

• Organize workshops, roadshows, town halls, and employee engagement campaigns.

• Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend improvements to enhance project adoption.

• Support change management initiatives by communicating project benefits and impacts.

• Develop engagement activities to drive user readiness and adoption.

• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and identify communication risks.

• Work closely with project leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to align communication messaging.

• Track communication effectiveness and engagement metrics.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Change Management, or Project Communications.
• Experience supporting transformation, technology, workplace, business improvement, or organizational change projects is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, and digital communication platforms.
