Internal Communication & Event Assistant Manager

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute internal events
• Prepare event content: concepts, program scripts, agendas, communication messages.
• Coordinate timeline, manpower, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

On-site Operations Management

• Oversee all setup operations, show flow, and issue resolution on-site.
• Ensure positive employee experience aligned with Masan’s culture and quality standards.

Event-related PR

• Work with PR/IC team on communication planning before, during, and after events.
• Draft essential event materials: press releases, agendas, MC scripts, briefing notes…

Budget & Reporting

• Develop and control event budgets.
• Evaluate performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in internal event management, preferably in FMCG/Retail or large corporations.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, MCs, KOLs/Influencers.
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, able to work under pressure.
• Good English communication skills.
