Internal Communication Specialist

About the role

SKY ICT Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Internal Communication Specialist to join our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Dindaeng, Bangkok. As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering our organisation's internal communication strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring clear, consistent and engaging communication across all levels of the company, fostering a positive workplace culture and keeping employees informed and connected to the company's mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that align with organisational objectives
• Create, edit and distribute internal communications including newsletters, emails, announcements, intranet content and other relevant materials
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, such as intranet portals, employee platforms and communication systems
• Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings and town halls to facilitate employee engagement and information sharing
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to assess communication effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with various departments and senior management to gather information and ensure accurate, timely communication
• Develop crisis communication protocols and support management during sensitive organisational situations
• Monitor employee sentiment and communication trends to inform strategy adjustments and improvements
• Create compelling visual and multimedia content to enhance internal messaging and engagement
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives through metrics and analytics

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications or public relations
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective internal communication strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Strong experience in managing and creating content for internal platforms, intranet systems and digital channels
• Proficiency in using communication and project management tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging, innovative communication solutions
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in data analysis and measuring communication effectiveness through KPIs and metrics
