Manage communications plans, calendars, project trackers, reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines across multiple projects.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align messaging, timing, audiences, and delivery channels.
Support leadership communications as assigned, including company meetings, leadership updates, talking points, presentations, and announcements.

Gather and synthesize employee feedback and sentiment to inform message refinement.
Required qualifications
5-7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications, or a related field.
Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills, with close attention to detail.
Experience developing communications for acquisitions, integrations, organizational change, technology transformation, People programs, or other large-scale business changes.
Demonstrated experience managing communications plans, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications
Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting communications plans, recommendations, or materials to executive audiences.
Experience developing employee communications that explain change clearly, answer expected questions, and build trust through transparency.
Experience with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, plus collaboration or project-management tools.
Experience working in a high-growth technology, aerospace, defense, or other complex and regulated environment.
