Internal control / auditing (German & english speaker)

For an international organization, we are looking for a consultant with a strong background in auditing and internal control.

German and English speaker is a plus.
Ability to be present in Luxembourg when required.

Main expectations :
• Understanding for assessing loan portfolios and understanding key risk drivers in portfolio management.
• Ability to identify and assess the key risks associated with investments in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and Infrastructure funds.
• Ability to interpret the key provisions of Limited Partnership Agreements for Private Equity funds.
• Excellent drafting skills to produce accurate and consistent legal language in the Equity Risk Guidelines .
• Ability to identify and assess the key risks associated with loan portfolios as well as Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and Infrastructure funds.
• Previous experience in the drafting of risk policies and procedures would be an advantage.
