Internal Control Executive (Inventory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular audits and physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy of stock levels.
• Investigating and reconciling any discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of inventory control procedures.
• Generating inventory reports and analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Providing support and guidance on inventory management best practices.
• Prepare audit reports, highlight findings with practical recommendations to the management
• Perform follow up on implementation of management's corrective actions for audit findings
• Perform ad-hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred language: English and Mandarin.
