Internal Control Manager

Job Detail

• Develop and execute the annual internal control plan in line with company policy and CGD strategy.
• Supervise and review control assessments, self-assessment (SA/CSA) results, and risk monitoring activities; report significant findings to CGD Head.
• Review and update internal control-related policies, SOPs, and manuals to ensure alignment with regulations and business operations.
• Coordinate with departments to monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions for control deficiencies and risk issues.
• Promote internal control and risk awareness through communication, workshops, and internal training.
• Consolidate and prepare reports for ALM and Risk Management Committees and submit to CGDHead.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate subordinates to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
2. At least 15 years working experience in Internal Control
3. Experience in Hire Purchase, Leasing, Non-bank or Finance Service would be an advantage
4. Good Management skill, Business acumen, analytical and systematic thinking skills
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
6. Proficiency in MS Office, and good computer knowledge
7. Professional in Presentation & Negotiation skill
8. Able to travel and work upcountry
9. Ability to work under pressure
