What they need
Core responsibilities:
- Own the company’s internal control function and act as the primary contact for our outsourced internal auditor, including audit planning, scheduling, and running each audit cycle.
- Review our SOPs and workflows process by process: check that document requirements are complete, that the delegation of authority covers every real decision point, and that controls are practical for the teams running them.
- Test whether controls actually operate as designed, and set the right checking frequency for each one.
- Turn audit findings into specific corrective actions, agree on them with process owners, and follow through until they are closed.
- Work with IT, Sales, Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to roll out new processes, looking for ways to reduce their workload rather than add to it.
- Maintain a centralised tracker of all audit requests, open items, responsible owners, and deadlines, and escalate delays early.
- Strengthen the company’s internal control framework to meet SEC and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requirements, with a focus on IPO readiness.
Why join us:
- Build it, don't inherit it. You will design how this company controls its operations from the ground up, not maintain someone else's system. We are hiring you for your judgment, and we will back it.
- Direct line to leadership. You report directly to the senior leadership team. Your recommendations get decided on in hours or days, not lost in layers.
- See the whole business. This role touches Sales, Operations, IT, HR, and Finance. You will understand how the entire company runs, not just one department.
- Entrepreneurial environment. We're a young company with big ambitions and serious drive. People here take initiative, move fast, expect a lot of each other, and own their results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or external audit. Big 4 or listed-company experience preferred.
- Experience supporting Pre-IPO preparation, or building internal controls in a company that did not have them.
- Working knowledge of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies (SET/SEC rules).
- Hands-on experience developing or reviewing policies and SOPs, with the judgment to tell a control that works from one that only exists on paper.
- Able to push back on senior people with facts, and to get teams to adopt change without friction.
